This might be too late to announce but I have just bought a NVIDIA Shield Portable from ebay. The graphics are decent and sound quality is great but there aren’t that many games that actually are good, it can access the Google play store. Other than that you have to do a process to stream from your PC which has to have NVIDIA GPU, or you can do a very complicated process to stream from a console like a XBOX 360. More on this in a bit.
